How do I copy phone numbers from Motorola to Motorola!

Hi,
I have so many phone numbers stored in my old Motorola phone. Can someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to migrate them to my new Motorola.
I am finding it impossible to use the bluetooth function as it keep telling me the BT Fusion is using that function so bluetooth is 'busy'.
I am therefore attempting to copy all numbers to my sim card to then copy into the new phone - but , yes you've guessed it - I don't know where to start!
How on earth do I get my numbers all copied to my sim card? Please help...
