heres a tip...
you are entering a store intending to spend say �20.
purchase four �5 gift vouchers at the appropriate customer services till, you get a greetings card free of your choice for each one,
continue and do your shopping and pay with the vouchers.....
you may even end up at the end of a year with overflow stock which you can sell!

and each greeting card will have the store name on and possibly those little cut out corners for you to put the vouchers in. How nice.

Heres another tip - if you are caught out being tight - do not pretend it was a joke or wind up, you will look more stupid than you did to start off with

save money on expensive personalised number plates,
simply change your name by deed poll to match your cars existing number!

Thats better, although I got lucky with my works car last year as the letters on my number plate matched my wifes initials - just a coincedence, but I am not telling her that

The numberplate one is not YOUR best either. It's a Viz top tip from years ago.
