I lent my gorgeous and rather expensive high-heeled shoes to a friend for a fancy do and when she posted them back, 2 months later, they are now a size too big...

I've tried sticky tape, pads, gel pads and nothing seems to fit and they simply fall straight off my feet as soon a s i lift my feet to take a step... there are no straps, I don't have a receipt as i got them on a trip to London in Dec and I NEVER wear gorgeous shoes like those so I've only had the please of wearing them once.

Thing is, i have a date flying from Dublin on Friday and I'm desperate to we ar them.. anyone got any tips... i might even have to wear 2-3 full-length foot pads and colour them black!!!!

Thanks! x

Unfortunately u can stretch shoes but not shrink. u will have to stuff tissue in the front or try pop socks
Are they leather? If so, wet them and leave them to dry under a radiator. This will contract the leather briefly and make them feel tighter for a day or two
Insoles my dear, insoles! My local shoe repairer (cobbler) has them.
tell friend to send money for them post haste! (not full amount, maybe half of what you paid for them) then buy some new shoes!
