They were bought by Nomura in the late 1990s and then sold what remained in the UK to Granada TV Rentals who closed most of the that operation, the remainder being known as 'BoxClever'. The Australian offshoot is still trading successfully.
I worked for them for 25 years and still have the 1979 Staff Handbook.
