What is your favourite supermarket to shop in and why?

My favourite supermarket is Asda, but I regularly use the Coop as it happens to be nearer to where I live.

definately asda cos i love midnight shopping and cheap prices and their tiger bread ,or sainsburys which is just down the road from where i work and now does lots of offers buy one get one frees which it never used to do, or if i fancy some sushi and i am coming back from my friends house then it has to be tescos ,or if i want to shop really cheaply and buy the most delicious orange juice with bits in for only 59p then it has to be lidl, i occasionally pop into morrisons to buy their meat and potato pies - i hope that answers your question gmh !!! :-)
I'm a Sainso's gal, as it is the nearest to where I live. We've got a Kwik Save (or whatever it's called now) but it doesn't have the same choice. I wish I lived by a specialised cheese shop though.....
I shop at Tescos due to it been the closest to where i live but I would love an M&S as their food is gorgeous
Sainsbury's - they offer a fantastic selection and aren't overpriced. They have everything that I need from everyday essentials to lovely italian ham and posh olives and unusual fruit and veg. I also like Waitrose but they are more expensive and tend to have less selection. Waitrose are very good for hard-to-get items like Curry Powder and Creme Caramel, they also do lovely cakes and obscure condiments and jam!
I dislike Asda, although it is cheap it never feels like good value. Tesco has boring products/layout and is about the same price as Sainsbury's.
Glenis, What is Tiger bread??? saw some today at my local Asda and it looked all burnt!
As you can prob guess my fav is Asda too. Good pricing and stock range keeps me going back!
