Quite Surprised By This
Following on from the combi microwave saga, the last time I contacted Haden, I expressed my disappointment that no reply contained an apology when the wording was wrong on their website. That was a week ago and I never had a reply, not that I was expecting one, quite honestly.
This afternoon I receive this email....not sure if they expected me to carry it to wherever to send it back. I have politely replied telling them I received the full refund from Lidl
"We will send you a pre-paid returns label/QR code for the item, and once received, and refund you upon receipt.
Please kindly confirm the following information
Full UK address
Mobile number"

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Barry. It was Haden's description on their website. When I questioned it after my purchase they promptly corrected it. Luckily I took a screenshot of the original wording.
I am now hoping the Panasonic combi I have just ordered from Hughes which is being delivered tomorrow, will serve me well. Almost identical to the one I bought 8+ years ago which recently went to the household refuse centre
