Has anyone bought any of the recent celeb fitness DVD's, would you recommend any? Avoid any?

Not that I'm into fitness videos, but I was watching a program on Channel 4 just last night with my wife. The program was about celebrity fitness video and which ones were best (they asked some guinea pigs to try them out for 3 weeks, weighing them before and after). Number 1 (the best) was Liz McDonald from Corrie (can't remember her real name), second was Vanessa Feltz & third was Patsy Palmer from Eastenders. Hope this helps.
i have the claire sweeney weight watchers one, its fantastic, you can select how much free time you have and it randomly selects enough 5 minute sections for you, i love it, i have the davina mcall one as well but find that a bit much as i am not fit enough yet!
The Peter Kay one - Max and Paddys Power of Two is supposed to be very good. Nor sure how effective it is but at least it would give you a laff! Love Peter Kay!

Hi,

I would not recommend anyone to buy any fitness DVD.

They are only made by out of work so called celebrities and hard up producers to put money in their pockets.

If you want to get fit it takes a lot of hard training not prancing around your living room like a prat for five minutes a week!
