If you have any local printing shops they may do clothing.

Assuming it is just one or few that you want, you could also, do them yourself. Just get some t-shirt transfer paper, and print what you want, then iron it on.

You need to be sure that you get the right kind depending on your printer - inkjet or laser, and if you are printing on white or coloured hoodie.
