Amazon Returns - Help Please

I have to return something to Amazon, something I've never done before. I've found a local drop off point but the Amazon website tells me to go to my account to find a returns label to print, but I can't find it. HELP!!!

A return label has to relate to a specific item.

If I'm returning an Amazon item, I select a shop that can also print off the label for me and that means they scan the QR code that I received.
