The last week in November I was talking to a good friend about what to get Youngsmow for Xmas. He knew what football team he was mad about & sent me a link to a specific football shirt on a certain website. I clicked link, went straight thru to website, shirt, description etc etc. was perfect. Filled in payment details, money came out of bank within 2 days. Have never received shirt.
On looking closer it seems it’s a U.S. company which I hadn’t realised but should have still arrived. I’ve looked and have emailed them, have filled in their CONTACT US details several times - nothing. I never even got an email confirming my order so I don’t have an order number.
Am happy to name company if anyone knows anything about them??
But does anyone any bright ideas or just write it off as a bad experience?? X

I'd also be keeping a close eye on my current account.
Maybe I'm over-cautious, but paying an unknown/untried online company (abroad) with a debit card seems a touch risky.
I'd have used Paypal or a credit card, so strangers didn't have free access to my bank account.
The Zuztpick.com domain name was only registered on 22 June this year. That, in itself, would worry me. (New traders have to start out somewhere but I'd rather deal with a well-established firm than an unknown new one). It was registered by an 'individual', rather than by a 'company', allowing them to opt to have their contact details hidden on their registration listing. That, again, is worrying; legitimate businesses don't need to hide their contact details.

There's no postal address given anywhere on the site. That's also worrying. Firms trading in the UK are required to show an address for returns and legitimate firms anywhere in the world generally state their postal address within their terms and conditions as well.

A remarkably similar domain name, Zustpick.com, was registered three years earlier. As the type of products mentioned on their TrustPilot reviews seem to be exactly the same sort of thing that Zuztpick.com is now offering, I think it's unlikely to be a coincidence. Those TrustPilot reviews are appalling:
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/zustpick.com

Most worrying of all though is that the phone number given (using a New York dialling code) appears to be fake. I've just tried it. It comes back as "the call could not be completed as dialled", which is the US equivalent of "unobtainable").

Scam! Scam! Scam!
Sorry :(

Omg guess what - the top turned up this morning!! I never ever thought it would and had given up on it - am so pleased as it was one of Youngsmows Xmas presents.
It’s dark and absolutely bucketing it down here but this has made my day lol x
// Can I name them on here?//
yes you can - what you say is true and cannot therefore be libel

AB mods ( the random deleters 'amongst us' can be really funny about it ) are another race - and really weird in their 'intepretation' of straightforward rules
well done zust.pick...... as good as its word

No explanation as to why they never replied to any of my emails, or any of the CONTACT US forms on their website that I filled in, not a single one of them,…… but hey ho.
