At the moment I'm paying for Amazon prime (£7.99) and Amazon music (£3.99). If I cancel Amazon music will I still get the same amount of music by only paying for Amazon prime.

No you won't. You will get 2 million tracks with Amazon Prime (ad free) compared to tens of millions with Music Unlimited.
I don't know you are paying £3.99 for Amazon Music as it should be £7.99
