but they're flat. Anyone help?

Just a point about office, every pair of shoes I've had from there have been right dodgy (heel's feel off, strap broke). Could be sheer unluckyness but wouldn't recommend that shop at all.

ive used office loads for shoes and ive never had a problem. Im a shoeaholic so maybe i dont wear them often enogh to have anything go wrong. (nearly 300 pairs)

I love shoes too Buttons and didn't over wear whatsoever...I know a few people who have had the same prob too so either we're all unlucky, or you're lucky!!
