I really do not understand something, I have put and sold alot of items on facebook Marketplace but for some reason it won't allow me to put on a Lacoste watch, it says This listing may go against our rules for selling!!! My daughter tried aswell and she got the same thing, I really don't know why this is happening, im not trying to sell something illegal so why all the fuss I wonder, there are other Lacoste watches on there, just wondered if anyone else has had similar thing happen TIA

The vast majority of Lacoste products offered for sale online are actually fakes. Lacoste only sells its products through authorised outlets:

As Facebok tries to protect the intellectual property rights of firms like Lacoste ( https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/respecting_intellectual_property ) it's automated software triggers an alarm whenever it sees 'Lacoste' mentioned in an advert that a member is trying to post (on the assumption that the item is probably a fake). I'd be prepared to bet that it does exactly the same whenever it sees 'Rolex' or 'Patek Philippe' as well!
