What do you think of this dress - too much like a hospital uniform?

I like it and love all the other colour options too. Lovely for summer's days.

Yes, it is a bit imo. It needs a bit more shape.
Is it for a particular occasion?

I quite like it depending where you're thinking of wearing it :)
It will hang differently on someone with a different frame
and would be easy to accessorise.
I like it.

I have already bought it. The model is a bit straight up and down but it has more shape when I wear it. It needs a floaty scarf (but who wants to wear that in the summer?) It needs a blingy necklace but I can't help thinking it looks like something that someone in ER would wear. The colour is lovely though. Can't decide whether to take it back or not.
Is it for casual wear?
Nah I like it, I'd wear that x
That did occur to me, that it might well be the modelling and would look different on someone else. It really just depends whether you think you will wear it, or leave it permanently in your wardrobe for "another time" :-). I've certainly done that before...
Have a look at these from Next

https://www.next.co.uk/g52174s4#928230 and there are different colour ways I find these quite comfortable
Will you 'fill' the top part? If so, it will be lovely.

It's just for kind of every day really. I haven't thought where I would wear it - maybe on holiday and when it's hot here in the summer
From a mere man (who thinks that the height of fashion is exemplified by George at Asda and by Primark):

As it stands, I'd describe it as more of a 'smock' than a 'dress'. I think it needs a wide belt - possibly in white with a bit of green in it - to show it off to its best effect.

Tilly - yes, I would fill the top part. I wasn't wearing a bra when I bought it and that's why I needed to get it home to try it on.
Nice colour, will look great out in sunny climes I think.
Question Author
The colour is lovely. It's a kind of a cross between duck egg blue and green - the website doesn't do it justice. I think that's partly why I bought it.
Keep it, 237. It will be a lovely dress to wear at a summer barbecue, with a big floppy hat, sandals and the right perfume. :-)

Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe I`ll keep it then. It is nice.
