Anyone got any tricks for searching past orders on Amazon? I want to search my purchases for the past 5 years, say - is there an easy way?

Click on 'Your Account', then 'Your Orders' and change the date in the drop down menu in your listed orders.
Yes go to Your Account then Your Orders and top left is a dropdown box where you select the year.
If you're looking for a particular item you can use the search box.
I hope you don't mind bain. Is there a way of deleting order history please?
^^ Amazon purchase history that is.
You can 'Hide an Order', Eleena. Not sure about deleting though.
An really tjgger, I keep getting messages that my iCloud storage is full and thought of I can delete some history of purchases that would help? If I can only nice it, then it won't help, thanks tigger.
*Ah .. if*
*hide it*
your amazon order history isn't stored in icloud, its stored on amazon
bainbrig, your order history search can use quite a vague term...and I think they come up in date ordered
I don't have Icloud storage but I can still see all my back purchases on Amazon, except the ones I've hidden. I don't think your Amazon orders history is at all related to Icloud.
Thanks woof! Doh! x
Thanks also bhg.

Thanks all.

It doesn’t work.

As soon as you try 2016 or similar, it just doesn’t function properly. I wonder why it’s so complicated. I’d like to type in ‘shower hose’ (for example) and get a list!

But try as I might (and I’m 99% computer literate) it doesn’t work...
What bit doesn't work bb? I can go right back to 2003 for example when I first signed up with amazon and all my orders come up instantly.
The drop down box works for me too - just gone back to 2011
Seems OK here.
Just entered "fairy" in the search box and it listed four fairy tale books ordered between 2007 and 2010.
you can't use the year as a search term. you have to say however vaguely what the item is.

Just in case anyone's falling for the rumour that I'm generally incompetent around computers (I ain't, having worked/run the things since the early 80s), this is what happens.

I go to Amazon, my account, my orders.
I want to know when I last purchased a Shower Hose. I think it was 3 years back, could be more.
So, I start with 'Shower Hose' in the search box.
Result: the one I bought this week.
Then I specify 2015, and Shower Hose.
Result: the one I bought this week.
So I try 2016, and Shower Hose.
And you can guess the result.
Same for 2017, 2018, 2019.

And did I buy it from Amazon? I'd stake money on it (but we can all be wrong, can't we?).

So I don't think it's me, but as I say, I might be older than I think.
