Iron Man 3 Dvd

I bought the above 'new and sealed' DVD on ebay this week. When it arrived I couldn't help notice that on the back in the bottom right hand corner is a sticker saying NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL RESALE. Might this indicate that the seller has fraudulently resealed a rental copy?

It probably means he bought a set- maybe Iron Man 1, 2 and 3
