Charging

i have a hv30 digi camera
i plug .it in to charge
it seems to charge
but after about 3 minutes
the charging light
begins to blink a lot faster
i check it does not charge
i tried diff chargers and batteries..
help

Contact the showroom or service center maybe something went wrong on the inner part of camera
