Contact E-bay.
Contact the seller again to explain that you still have not received your item, do this through the ebay messaging service so that they can see what has been said and when. If the seller doesn't respond, you have the option to escalate it to a claim for a refund. The seller may choose to send you another if that is possible. It is their responsibility to ensure you receive your item, and claim off Royal Mail if you don't. Ebay will almost certainly find in your favour if it goes to a claim. Bear in mind Royal Mail will not consider an item "lost" until 15 working days after posting, so there is still time for it to arrive. I once had a parcel turn up over two months late.

I’ve contacted the seller to let her know the situation and that 15 days are over on Friday and I will be in touch if there not here by then. I really hope they come as they were pretty little things for the precious babe
Don't forget, this is the time of the year when all parcels are delayed,
Use the ebay "not received" option.

You then contact the seller throught this and ebay contact them as well.

After 8 days ebay take over - I've got 2 days left before my claim gets to this point. I've had no word from seller and 2 people have now left feedback for the seller saying same thing - and its the same item!
Ebay’s policy on non-received items is heavily biased in favour of the buyer.

Unless the seller has proof of delivery (proof of posting is not good enough), ebay will find in favour of the buyer in such a dispute.

I buy many low value items off ebay (many from the Far East) – I would estimate that less than 1% goes AWOL. But more than 1% arrive after the estimated delivery date (which can be around 2 months from the order date), I have had a refund only for the item to arrive a few days later.

Once I allowed a seller to re-send the item – by the time it was obvious the second item was not going to arrive, I had exceeded ebay’s time period for complaints (so lost out).

Now when an item from ebay does not arrive, I always request a refund and then re-order the item.
