While my daughter was pregnant she had a Pandora ring bought for her in the size she normally was. Unfortunately due to water retention her fingers where swollen and the ring was put away till after the baby was born.
The baby is now four months old and the ring still doesn't fit.
She has phoned the Pandora shop that it was purchased at andbthey day that even though it is in the original box , hasn't been worn and she has the receipt that they will not refund or exchange the ring. They say they have a thirty day policy . Any ideas please x

It's not faulty so I doubt very much they are under any obligation to give a refnd
Yep, I agree with fiction-factory. The shop is under no obligation to refund or replace. I'd have thought they'd give a credit note to encourage repeat business, but again, they don't have to.
sell it on ebay
Early days yet. She will probably get back to her pre pregnancy size and the be glad she didn't change it. A bit of incentive also .
I agree with all the above....I think thirty days is a fair (and usual) return period, unless an item is faulty.
can it not be resized?
FF has it right.
