I purchased a white duck feather and down duvet, 13.5 tog a while ago. I love it snd wan to buy one girl our son. Can't remember where I had it from

You possibly bought it at Marks & Spencer (because their website shows that they used to sell a duvet which exactly matches your description) but they no longer stock it.

I got lost after learning that they fill bed quilts with grass. Straw makes me go red and itchy.
