how is it possible for ebay to allow sellers to sell these obviously fake t-shirts on ebay...on armani website the t-shirts are all in and around £120.00 for t-shirts. so obviously fake.

but i was suspended years ago for selling one gstar jacket which i actually got off ebay one month beforehand and didnt like like it so resold it...lol

ebay refuse to let me sell again because of this one hickup even though i have spent more than 5000 pounds in last few years and have 100% buying rates. To honest, the guy has a 100% feedback record and he has many sales to his credit, if he was selling fakes he would have been found out. Maybe they are seconds or something or just end of line gear. I don't know but I think you will find these are authentic goods. I may be wrong!
To be honest*
They are fakes and the buyers know they are fakes.

Report him, dick
its simple....if you think the t shirts are fake , then while you are moaning on here, you could have been reporting the seller......
These are obviously fakes - the reason he prob hasn't been reported yet, is that the buyers will know they are buying fakes, due to the very low price.

The seller has only been on Ebay since Sept 2014 .... report him if it bothers you :)
Not necessarily fake, probably made in the same factory by a night shift of illegal immigrants and sent out of the back door tax free. Realistic price too.

and gets head shot off! lol
Armani do a T shirt at £35.99 as well as the more expensive ones.
Armani know how much material they are buying - their own buyers purchase it, and they know how many tshirts that yields.

The idea that the factories can churn out millions of identical 'fakes' is a fallacy.
There is a 'report item' link on every ebay listing. Just use it!
And you can report him to Bradford Trading Standards
Apologies to dieseldick and slightly off topic but I noticed it states, in red, doesn't post to Northern Ireland.I could understand if they said postage extra although even that is a bitdodgy because it would cost the same to send from Bradford to N I as it would to send to London. Could there be a political reason for not sending to N I?
Very much doubt it - ask him

Just checked the eBay listing, the seller has 258 feedback 100% positive so I don't think he can be selling fakes!
Armarni are VERY hot on prosecuting fake sellers I just don't think they would allow him to keep selling if the goods were fake.

Armani actually make stuff? amazing!!
The address given for the business is on a residential street in Bradford. The postcode is incorrect for that street but that could just be a typo. (It should be BD3 0LH, not BD3 9LH). However the Company Registration Number given isn't recognised on the Companies House website and the company name given (K & N) appears to belong to a completely different business. Further www.vat-number-check.com reports that the VAT number quoted is invalid.

However none of that proves that the items are fakes. The limited range of items on sale suggests that they might well have been purchased cheaply at a 'bankrupt stock' auction. (It's only when a retailer seems to have every item in a 'designer' range, at incredibly low prices, that alarm bells really start ringing in my head!)
Vulcan 42 there are rules within eBay about what postage you offer and you can't set it to automatically change for NI. Since it is also against eBay policy for sellers to ask more than the listed amount for postage, they would be breaking the rules to ask you for more. Heavy items are charged at an extortionate rate by couriers, so you either offer no-one express shipping, or you exclude NI. Nothing political at all.
