Following on from pincurlpolkadot's thread about favourite nail varnish .........
I love the glitter nail varnishes which are around at the moment but they take so long to remove, can anyone recommend a nail varnish remover which gets the bits of glitter off quickly? The one I have removes the polish but leaves the bits of glitter stuck onto the nail and I literally have to chip it off!

I use the Acetone Free polish remover by Sally Hansen. Soak the cotton in the stuff and leave on for a minute or so and wipe or soak the nails in the stuff in a nail basin or something similar, should come off easily. Hope this helps Ann
Had to sandpaper my last lot off, Ann...x
WD40 and Swarfega does it for me ...
A bit late but always use a base coat first, makes it easier to remove.
O.P.I. Expert Touch .Five seconds on a bit of cotton wool and it's gone .

Thanks all for your advice. Will try the base coat, but don't always have time! Never venture out of the door without nail varnish on, would feel almost naked! ;)

Who sells OPI Shaney? Can I get it from Boots or Superdrug?
I got it in Debenhams Ann. It's not cheap about six quid a bottle ,but it's the bees knees of nail varnish removers .I don't wear glittery but do like deep glossy colours, and usually do base coat ,two coats and top coat which can be difficult to get off and this does the job brilliantly .
