I need a strapless bra for the summer but every one i've tried seems to slip down so it looks like I'm not wearing one at all.  I'm rather busty (34dd) so I need a good amount of support and something that will stay put.  Can anyone recommend a decent brand?  I don't want to pay much more than 10.  Thanks!

I know exactly what you mean.  Personally I am a 34D and I find to keep them in you need to spend a little more.  BHS and Marks and Spencers are really good for strapless bras and if you can find a sale one in BHS it would probably be about 14.

I have never managed to find any much cheaper that that.

Hope that helps

simply be has a web site and they have brilliant sales..i got a basque that was 30 for 6..they are having a sale now.and they cater for larger sizes..
i think any size over a c cup and strapless bras dont go together
i have recently bought a strapless bra in a D cup from M&S - double your budget and you can get one from there. very well made and stay in place, if you know what i mean!

great, thanks guys.

Kazza - i know what you mean, but i think that in the majority of cases people just haven't been fitted properly, my friend is a b cup and still looks a bit saggy in a strapless bra.  I'm sure there are places that cater for bigger boobs.

I'm an E cup and I can't imagine only spending 10 on a bra.  I always spend double that at least.  And I've tried strapless bras before and given up on the idea, they just never seem to stay in place properly.

yeah, i do normally have to spend about 20 on bras which I just can't afford being a skint student.  But I can't always tell if it's going to fit just by trying it on in the changing room, i need to wear it for a few hours because they always seem to shift after a while, even after being ajusted.
the gossard strapless ones are the best ever!
i dont think you're going to get a half decent strapless one for under 10 though!
Try La Senza or M&S stick on bras are excellent especially for a backless top or dress, but they are around 20

Stuck on bras are no good for bigger boobs, I found out rather embarassingly ^_^
I'm normally the same size as you and found La Senza multiway bras the best. I spent ages searching for what I call a 'formed cup' one that went above a D-cup and couldn't find one anywhere. It's so frustrating. At the moment I'm in hideous maternity bras and missing my nice ones terribly.

brastop.com - Discounted good bras

Bravissimo.com - expensive but will have what you want

I got a great one from bhs not long ago. I know exactly how you feel though busty women are neglected! that is the best one i ever got, i think it was about 12 and it came in a few different colours.
Primark is all i can say and only 4 i swore i would never wear a strapless bra and then i discovered primark!
