Sports Bra

Can anyone reccomend a decent sports bra for me.  I'm a size 34dd so it needs to hold me firm!  I'm willing to pay about �15 for a really good one.

M&S do some good ones as well, with different 'support' levels depending on whether you're doing yoga, aerobics, or running the london marathon... they are usually very good with sizes and I think 34DD is well within their range.

Shock absorber bra's are v.good. They can be found in debenhams, john lewis and other department stores. you can choose the level of support... so if you need it for a high impact sport then get a more secure one. i think there about �15 -�20.

JJB Sports, Contessa or figleaves are other good one's to try, I play Rugby and am a 34D, I use Berlei Shock Absorber range, but they are around �20, but are worth the money.  hope I am some help!!!
