This dress is by a designer called Tibi, but is part of the spring/summer 09 collection, therefore not available in stores until then.

I love the pink one with diamonte pockets on she wore- does anyone know where that's from? I've found a website that rents dresses out that celebs have worn, some of Cheryl's are on there (but not that one) :o( Still, its quite cheap to wear a designer dress for the night! www.mycelebritydress.com
