How do mean by missing a beat? Via ausculatation of the stethoscope? or seen in an ECG reading?

To Soonny...thanks for you answer but.neither....when you can feel a heart beat in you chest ot throat area.. the beats seem to sometimes pause before the next beat occurs......
Hahaha. Yes there will be a slight delay but only slightly. Here's a tip, have someone check both your left and right radial pulses (pulse on your wrist) at the same time. You should expect no delays. But if there is, there might be atherosclerotic plaque building up in one of the vessels. Time to visit your doc just in case! ;)
