I've become some-what of a chillihead recently and im wondering if its bad for me. I grow my own mainly hot varieties such as habanero's and nagas. My tollerence has become quite high and i can quite easilly eat scotch bonnets whole - the endorphin rush is brilliant.

I eat chillis everyday weather being hot dishes or adding hot sauces to food.

Thanks, Chris
