so I heard on the television tonight (in italy) in a quiz game one of the prizes was a reaction misile (a toy recomended for children of age 14 and over) that "ran" on vinegar and sodium bicarbonate two things easily found in the kitchen.
now I know that vinegar - acid and bicarbonate - alkali will combine to make a salt and perhaps free a lot of energy ?
could anybody tell me how this thing was supposed to work ?
