I need your help please!
Having just spent 1 hour 20 mins on hold listening to the same middle of the road tunes, trying to get to speak to a person at my mobile phone provider....ooo, lets call the company 'Ginger' (don't want to name them but take a guess) I have lost the will to live and hung up!!!

I need a direct dial line so I can get through to a person to follow through a complaint I made a month ago (STILL ongoing). I'm often on hold for 20-40 mins and can get cut off by the network which is infuriating. Soes anyone have either a direct dial number for this company, or alternatively, a cheat to bypass the automated system please?

You could try the site www.saynoto0870.com where they give geographic numbers instead of the expensive 0870 ones, don`t know if it will help, but it`s a starting point.
I don't know if it works on mobile lines, although I can't see why it won't. I allways dial the number, and when the recording tells you what number to press. I press any number(say 9), and keep pressing it, I useually get the reply " Hold the line, you are being put through to an operator"etc:)

Thanks but none of these work-think any existing cheats have been stopped by Orange so don't work any more.

Have found that if I ring a different option on the line, say, sales, they answer super quick (as its money they want) and when they put you through to the correct place you want, you bypass the queue!
