When Is A Health Condition Resolved

When a Holiday insurance form asks has that condition been resolved.Does it mean that it is gone completely and you no longer need tablets or does it mean the condition is being kept at bay but medication is still necessary?

IMO resolved means when it is cured.
I would go with if a gp decides you no longer need treatment/medication or a surgeon discharges you from their clinic
That to me is resolved

Thanks for your thoughts everyone it does confirm what I thought.I take Rivaroxaban to prevent phlebitis in my leg recurring.So although the medication works the issue is not resolved because if medication stopped it could return.
