Why Do People Qeustion My Grammer

Hi i just posted a qeustion about my iq test and people just jumped on my grammer and spelling i am not english and did not learn it at school just from games i am from africa and its not my first langauge

Probably you Tod them you have a very IQ and should be smart enough to use Grammarly and a spell checker. Take no notice

Welcome to answerbank. Unfortunately, there are people on here who are retired and have nothing else to do. So not take it personally as they correct native British speakers as well as those who do not have English as their first language.

Just ignore the comments Taalemsurt, your English and spelling is very good if you are self taught. Lots of "keyboard warriors" on here who nitpick!

You’re not alone in having that happen, Taalemsurt.
People who do that think they’re very clever but they’re not. They are rude though so just ignore them.
I doubt they’d write well in your language. :-)

Well I'm going to point out that only a couple of posts referred to your spelling out of over 40. The vast majority were discussing IQ tests, the subject of your question and as of yet you haven't been polite enough to join in with that conversation.

Taalemsurt has been a member since April and has posted 10 questions some of which are of a hefty subject matter. I fully agree new members can get put off but certainly not this one, he's not new. I stand by what I said.
