Posting in the beautiful CB for visibility :)

Is a 3mp camera phone utterly useless?

I need a phone as a gift for a young man I care for and all I ask is it takes pictures that he can download and share with his parents after his day out.

Looking at Argos the phones in my price range [and most likely to be available to pick up in the morning] are all 3mp which my son says will be rubbish...
Any ideas would be much appreciated xx

5 MP - not great, but quite acceptable: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/8647829 If you only want to take pictures: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/7877061?clickSR=slp:term:agfa%20digital%20camera:8:86:2

Very true but our day out today is on the London buses... which all have charging ports in the seats!
Just hoping the rain holds off now lol

Thank you all for your help x
London buses, you mean the tourist types i guess....
Question Author
No Emmie, just ya standard London bus. Our first bus is the 20 to Walthamstow and we'll be able to charge it on there :)
i confess that i have never seen a charging point on any London bus, and over the years have used a fair few.
Question Author
It is quite a recent thing but many buses have them x
as i said not heard of that, quite a useful thing to have, looks like from my link they are trialling it.
