If it became possible , would it be more probable to travel back in time because it has already happened , as opposed to travel to the future , which has not yet happened

We can't go to a destination that doesn't exist, therefore I would say that time travel to the past is the only option.
Mmmm. So does that mean you could go back and meet yourself as a young child? And what if you had an evil streak and killed your younger self what would happen then?
You'd be dead!
I'm dead! So how did I manage to go back in time in the first place??
Figure that one out, Wiltsman, and you can go forward too and conquer the world. :-)
You're pre-supposing that the "present" is the at the end of the timeline, or that this timeline is the only one there is. Or, if you think that it is, then you could still travel to the future by travelling to the past first.

One of the strongest arguments for the lack of possibility of time travel is where are all the time travellers from the future? Why do we still talk about Hitler? Surely, a Holocaust survivor would have travelled back in time by now and killed Hitler as he walked home from school.
"So how did I go back in time in the first place?" In a time machine, of course.
Let's face it, the first place most of the world's population would want to travel back to is Nazareth. Even if only to see if Theland has been telling the truth all this time.
Bethlehem?
Don't wanna see the birth, Douglas. Wanna see him strutting his stuff. :-)
Ah, a big Carpenters fan. :-)
Ken 17.34 If I killed myself as a child, how did I manage to live as an adult to go back in time?

No, on second thoughts, don't answer. My brain hurts! ... lol
^
That's why I never fear for Dr Who's safety, Wiltsman :-))
I'll let you know how it goes when I finish the machine a week last Tuesday...
L-I-K; And please return the adjustable spanner you borrowed off me next week.
Can I book a place Lie in King?
google the trouserlegs of time.
I'd love to go back to a time where my beloved deceased parents were alive and well and just look at them and drink them in - heaven.
