Our brain is a very complex organ, but imagine if it was perfect... How would that change ourselves and the world?

I shudder to think.
What do you mean by perfect?
More computing power?
Being robots with no free will?
Isn't it true that we don't use half of the capacity of our brains
You could watch the film Lucy, which sets out to answer this question wrongly, for a few ideas.

What even is a "perfect" brain, anyway?

I mean with "perfect" that the brain would be extremely good and without flaws.
You'd presumably have to define the flaws in order to understand what the consequences of not having them would be.
I tried answering this but it made my brain hurt so I desisted.
what is perfect? what flaws do you perceive now? I would say it's already perfect for the job it's designed for. Individual examples may malfunction but overall the design is correct.
Until you can define what a perfect brain is the question can't be answered. Extremely good and without flaws isn't enough.
This is at least the third time you have asked the same thing and you haven't as yet defined 'perfect'.

You mention above 'good' - again, whose version of good?

I doubt if this is an actual person Mamya. More like some kind of chatbot. Look at the phrasing of the questions they've asked.
It would be good for the ladies ..... no more headaches at the critical moment :-D
