'after consulting with an epert who told me im at risk of psycosis'

I think you've answered your own question.
You've been there, done that. Why return when you can investigate other life experiences instead ?
It obviously doesn't suit you, find a healthier, safer way to get a buzz.
Why on earth would you want after what you experienced with it before.
Psychological addiction, danny.
You certainly don't want to develop psychosis. It's not pretty. I worked in a psychiatric hospital and quite a few were in with mental health issues due to smoking weed.
You have answered your own question here. Think you should be concentrating on your education.
Quit while you're ahead.
The fact you're asking this question here, means that you should stop smoking weed.
"will it ever be like before i almost got cought back when i was 15?"

No.

"is it age related or is it just my mental backgroung?"

Both.

"and is what im experiencing considered depersonlization or derialization?"

That expert will know.
you can get paranoid with weed, and it can sometimes lead to psychosis, i would not be smoking it if i were you.
Sounds like you are one of those people who could go on to full blown psychosis. I came across a few when nursing on a psychiatric ward. Sadly the young men had both developed a full on schizophrenic picture and were likely to remain in supported. Are the rest of their lives. What's out there now is far stronger. Do t be a victim please, you have given yourself a great chance to live a normal life. Trust me. If you look for them there are better things than a short term high.

Stop now, or end up like Hayden Brown.

Why on earth would you want to go back to smoking drugs when they've done this to you? Ask yourself that question very seriously, please.
Highly recommend you take up physical exercise. It releases endorphins which are a natural high that is more likely to help you than any drugs or weed.
You should forget about taking drugs, ofcourse. And maybe concentrate on improving your enducation.
