I would go for reversal.
I also think it's D (as when you use a pinhole to look at a relection of a solar eclipse)
D. No question. the beam of light going through the lens goes through the centre, if you imagine looking at it sideways, it's like an X with the centre cross in the centre of the lens.

D - all images appear upside down. Cameras rectify this with the use of mirrors and prisms.
