The human mind can’t conceive ‘nothing’.
nothing is a privative.....a word which is not a thing itself but can be used to describe the absence of a thing.....like dry, dark, cold.
I have a thought-provoking book on my shelf from New Scientist that concludes that nothing is nothing.

Surprised v_e. You always seem to grasp most things; the video was fairly straight forward as a description, and wanting details one could understand would need one to have years of study of quantum physics, so can't be expected.
It is more than possible, in quantum physics it is real. 99%+ of everything is ostensibly vacuum, but that contains its own energy, dark matter and possibly quantum dimensions that link with other realities and universes.

One example is if you merge two out of phase sine waves they equal to nothing as the peaks and troughs cancel out. Where does the sound go then?
