NueVaaj, as others have said, you really need to refer to your set textbooks or tutor notes in order to get the answers you seek. I see that you've not provided a very useful answer about the chemistry course you're taking. We need that to give us some idea of your ability. So let's try again: how old are you NueVaaj, what type of educational establishment do you attend and finally, what country do you reside in. Telling us that your course is called chemistry is not very useful.

Well I must admit that having just seen your previous questions NueVaaj, you puzzle me. On the one hand your previous questions seem to indicate that you are being taught to become a member of the medical profession in an unknown capacity that includes a familiarity with digoxin. On the other hand, you seem to be unaware of pretty basic chemical principles. Can you clarify?

this is now compulsory following administration errors

Ah, I see. Thanks Peter.

Arithmetical errors are a major cause for concern nowadays in medicine, the sciences and engineering. My own university, The Other Place and all the Russell Group have been revisiting basic arithmetic during undergraduate teaching for quite a few years now.

How times have changed.
