The Ghost Hunter...

A paranormal investigator is determined to capture a ghost on film, so he visits the most haunted house he could find.
After a couple of searching, he sees an apparition of a Lady in a white dress, half way up the staircase.
Luckily its a friendly ghost, which is even happy to pose for the photo!.

Later, when he down loaded his pictures, he found that the ones taken of the ghost, were completely overexposed and blank.

Apparently the spirit was willing but the flash was weak.
