What Is An Easy Way To Index A Url With 100% Surety?

Is there any easy way to index a URL. I want to index my webpage in Google search results. Mostly I've used all the strategies but didn't got the results. So if there is something different and effective way to index the webpage please share.

You cannot get a URL indexed with 100% surety.
To give a URL a good chance of being indexed:
a) make sure there are no technical reasons why it wouldn't be indexed (e.g. disallowed by robots.txt, contains a noindex meta tag, or doesn't return a HTTP 200 response)
b) make sure it contains content worth indexing (e.g. plenty of text that can't be found elsewhere on the web)
c) make sure it is linked to from other URLs that are already indexed, and that the link is one that can be followed (plain link without a nofollow attribute)
