Typical British Attitude

I am colleague of mine is doing a project and she would like to know whether there are any websites which would give any information on the typical British attitude.  For example, some may say that British people won't complain about a service and some may say that British people have a stiff upper-lip.

Any help would be appreaciated!

This website is pretty full of stereotypes.  Mainly untrue steretypes that don't really hold for the majority of the population.  As so often happens, a simple google search provided answers.
