I'm not sure any of us is right. You can increase the size of a hole by taking out more of whatever is in it, but you can't take a hole out of anything - if you see what I mean. I think the answer is eluding us all. :o)

i used to think, back when Skippy was on on a sunday teatime, that if he was a bush kangaroo, what other sorts of kangaroos there were, town kangaroos, seaside kangaroos etc. (oh and i know skip was a she too)

Actually, there are four species that are commonly referred to as kangaroos...The Red Kangaroo, Eastern Grey Kangaroo, Western Grey Kangaroo and Antilopine Kangaroo.
Bush kangaroo is merely a colloquial term.
