Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

This morning I received the answers to the above Quiz. Scored 96 out of 99 (one question void) which is fine. I kknow the quiz setters answers are final but Q33 - What first was established by William Olds - was driving alot of Abers including myself crazy. The answer according to the setter is Automomobile Production Line, this was in fact Ransome Eli Olds who went on to design and build the Oldsmobile not William Olds. I do enjoy these quizzes and it must be hard work setting them, and its nice to know the proceeds go to a good cause but it is so annoying to spend hours looking for one answer when it isnt going to be right whatever you put.

I actually put the correct answer and also the explanation for their mistake, haven't had mine back yet though.

barb'have received my sheet today and for my answer I put,

Car assembly line (but that was Ransom Eli Olds)

It has simply been marked correct with no comment, so they obviously do no discuss mistakes.
