thought i had done it but still not working
could someont tell me why they willnot let me change my e mail as im sure this is why nothing happening cannt access my old one

You may find it better to post in the Ed's blog if you're having problems. Your emails for both do have to match so it's likely that's the problem.

when I first got my avatar nothing worked, checked in my profile, edit details and found I was still registered under a defunct email address, submitted the change and my avatar came up straight away

thats my problem a defunct e mail but they will not let me change it as fast as i put my new one in and submit it changes back to my old one have asked tech department but they just tell me to change it . i give up
