Can anybody enlighten me of the connection between the following people: Oliver Cromwell, Bobby Charlton, Lester Piggott and Tony Mowbray?

I'm wondering if there are objects (flowers, plants?) named after them or if there is a connection between their forenames or surnames.

It may be 'head'. Cromwell's head was displayed on a pole near parliament. Charlton had a famous 'comb-over' to try and hide his bald pate. Piggott was known as 'The head waiter'.
Can't think of Mowbray's link, though.
Sorry, but sandyRoe is incorrect. Harry Wragg was the "head waiter", not Lester Piggott (who was often known as the "Long Fellow" (due to his unusual height for a jockey). Sorry, I can't help with the coonection though.
