My husband was arrested for drunk driving on Saturday night. He has no idea what he actually has been charged with as he had taken an overdose at the time. Yes he was trying to commit suicide; he is clinically depressed. He was two miles away from the car when he was arrested but he had the car keys on him.
When he showed me the print out of the breathalyser machine, they have got his date of birth wrong. What will happen

You should probably ask this question in the law section.
Quizzes & Puzzles hardly covers it.

Yes sorry for putting in the wrong section you nasty person. It is only 5 to 8 in the morning. Go and be a hater somewhere else you freak
Whoa carrie - I don't think there is any need for that?
Nice...!!!!

You are the most horrible person I have had the misfortune to come into contact with. I am asking for help here. You live with someone who is clinically depressed and then put up with nasty ignorant people like you and then come back and tell me that is not called for
But your question isn't a 'quizz' or a 'puzzle' or even a 'crossword' or a 'riddle'

Ok, so I put it in the wrong category and I amended it when I realised I had made a mistake. At least you are nice about it. The first person who answered was just a nasty, ignorant, small minded person who doesn't have a clue what I am going through right now
Go to Citizens Advice, and most solicitors will see you for half an hour free of charge to talk over your problem. Good luck
the first person was trying to help you put your question in the right section.
Question Author
I understand that but there is no need to be nasty about it. Everyone makes mistakes or is that person perfect.
it wasn't nasty. you need to chill a bit.
No one is getting at you carrie. we understand that you are worried and on edge. we only want to help.

This is said in a nsty tone instead of just simply saying; I think you have posted this in the wrong place
I don't think he meant it like that really. Your best bet is to ignore this thread and stay with the one you have opened in Law. Much better!
Or she even!

If they can't help you. Try asking from real lawyers who can really help you.
