Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Just a comment - looking through these questions and answers I think that it must be possible (or almost possible) to complete this crossword without actually solving a single clue! This is unusual but I must admit that, while I usually solve these crosswords without help (other than a multitude of reference books and the web) I soon came to a halt this month.

I try not to look at any of these answers until I have had a really good go at the crossword on my own - but sometimes just using one answer on here is enough to start me off and I can then finish the whole thing myself. Some of the Saga words are so obscure, I can work out what they must be from the clue but then I have to look in the dictionary to see if the word exists! There are obviously people a lot cleverer than me out there and I'm happy to pick their brains sometimes.
