Possibly only available between February and October its just a game! (8)
Its always busy - quite a buzzing place! (3)
The top part of Andrews anatomy? (5,4)
Sounds like a sad dull person (4,4)
Would You Believe It? You would in the East End! (4,3.3)

Andrew = Duke of York.
Hence 'Duke's Head'
Airship, starship, spaceship?
Hence 'Ship' ???
Busy (and buzzing) = 'Bee'
There's a River Hart in Hampshire.
Hence 'White Hart'
Bore sounds like boar.
Hence 'Blue Boar'
Any chance the months are reversed? It it were "...October (1st) (to) February (1st)...", it could be - "Pheasant" (?)

Last one - "Adam & Eve" (Cockney rhyming slang)
