Old Welsh stringed instrument (5) _ T _ T _. All I can find is CRWTH but I am 99% sure of the first T.

In Shakespeare, a kind of sweet wine (8).

I think its Crwth. what's the clue that gives you the first "T" ?

Thanks for Charneco, it must be right. The (incorrect) T in Charneco is from the same word: "Cheer-leader's short skirt (2-2). I have tu-tu but it must be wrong. Do you know it?
Charneco, Crwth(six stringed) instrument, and the skirt is RaRa
