My boyfriend and I are flying into Nimes in May and are planning to drive to Parc National de Cevennes for a week to do as much sport as we can from hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and canyoning to hiking with donkeys(!). I've found a couple of websites about various sporting actvities that are available there but we would really appreciate anyone's advice on where to go for the best activities and/or where to stay etc :) Thanks in advance
